Warranty Registration

All Roving Blue warranties apply to the Customer or Original Owner (the individual who purchased the product for their own use) also referred to as the End User; and are not transferable to any other entity.

The warranty periods apply from the first date of purchase of the product. To obtain warranty service, the original proof of purchase will be required and the serial number affixed to the product must be complete and undamaged.

The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship. The warranty may not apply to consumable items included with or in the product, which may have a reduced or no warranty period.

located on the inside corner of the box, next to where the lid is attached.
O-Pen Silver:
Located inside the lip of the box
O-Pen Tactical Black:
Located on the inside of the pen clip
Ozo-Pod & Ozo-Go:
For Ozo-Pods with the logo, located to the right of the Roving Blue logo (small number). If the Ozo-Pod has no logo, your warranty date field will suffice to register the device.
