We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee on all Roving Blue® products. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may return your product within 30 days of receipt for a full refund—no questions asked.
Return Conditions:
- The item must be returned in its original packaging, including all accessories.
- A proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or an error was made on our end.

Roving Blue® 1-Year Warranty
All Roving Blue® products come with a one-year warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. If your product develops an issue due to a manufacturing defect, we will repair or replace it at no cost to you.
Warranty Eligibility
- Applies to the original owner (not transferable).
- Proof of purchase and an intact serial number are required.
