1. Ordering & Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and other payment methods offered at checkout. Orders are processed once payment is received in full. International customers are responsible for all applicable taxes, duties, and import fees required by their local authorities.

2. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are processed Monday through Friday. Orders received before noon (CST) will typically ship the same day. Orders placed after noon may ship the following business day. We ship via USPS or UPS ground service by default. For faster delivery, you may select an expedited option at checkout.

Freight Forwarding & Third-Party Shipping Facilities

Roving Blue is not responsible for packages shipped to freight forwarding companies, reshippers, third-party warehouses, or similar facilities.

Delivery is considered complete once the carrier confirms delivery to the address provided at checkout, including signature confirmation where applicable. Responsibility for the package transfers to the freight forwarder or third-party facility upon confirmed delivery.

Roving Blue is not liable for any loss, damage, misplacement, or theft occurring after confirmed delivery to such facilities.

Customers who choose to use freight forwarding or third-party shipping services do so at their own risk.

3. Returns & Refunds

We stand behind our products with a 100% satisfaction guarantee:

• You may return any product within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.
• Products must be returned with all original parts and packaging.

4. Warranty

All products include a one-year limited warranty covering defects in materials or workmanship. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications.

5. Liability Limitation

Roving Blue is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.

We make every effort to ensure accurate pricing. We reserve the right to adjust prices, promotions, or product availability at any time without prior notice.

7. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, USA.
