🔍 What’s Included:
If your Roving Blue® product isn’t performing like it should—maybe it has a loose wire, a faulty switch, or just needs a cleaning—our technicians will inspect and perform basic repairs for a flat $25 service fee, plus the cost of any parts. The additional $15 covers your prepaid return shipping.
🛠️ If We Can Fix It:
- We’ll make the necessary repairs and ship it right back to you.
❌ If It’s Beyond Repair:
We’ll contact you with options:
- A discounted replacement from our “returns” pool (units we can’t sell as new, but that work great)
- Or a generous discount on a brand-new unit

- We’ll email you a printable prepaid shipping label within one business day.
- Pack your unit securely with padding.
- Include a printed copy of your order confirmation inside the box.
- Drop off your package using the shipping label.
