Roving Blue Product Warranty Registration

If you purchased your product directly from Roving Blue, please follow the instructions below.
If you purchased your product from an authorized re-seller, please contact the business that sold you the product.

All Roving Blue warranties apply to the Customer or Original Owner (the individual who purchased the product for their own use) also referred to as the End User; and are not transferable to any other entity.

The warranty periods apply from the first date of purchase of the product. To obtain warranty service, the original proof of purchase will be required and the serial number affixed to the product must be complete and undamaged.

The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship. The warranty may not apply to consumable items included with or in the product, which may have a reduced or no warranty period.

Warranty Procedure for O-Pen™ Products:

1. If you have not already done so, please register your pen on the form on this page.

2. Use a different charge cord AND a different charge source, and allow to charge overnight, even if the red charge light dims, turns off, or changes to green (this differs with different pen models and when you purchased your pen).

3. Use plain tap water to test the pen, not filtered or bottled water.
If your pen still will not work at all or for more than a just a few discharges:

4. Contact customer service at warranty@rovingblue.com and Request an RMA number.

5. If your pen is less than a year old, you can either order a new one right away and we will credit that purchase when we receive the old pen. Please use the box your new pen was sent in to return it.

6. If your pen is over one year old you may return it, when we receive it we will send you a coupon for $50 off the price of a new pen.

Warranty Procedure for Ozo-Pod™ Products:

1. If you have not already done so, please register your pod on the form on this page.

2. Use plain tap water to test the pod, not filtered or bottled water. If you are unsure of whether or not the water you are using has been pre-treated, try adding a pinch of salt to the water when test running. (very pure water is not a good conductor of electricity, adding salt will eliminate this as a factor)

3. If your unit still does not appear to be working well, contact customer service at warranty@rovingblue.com and Request an RMA number.

4. If your pod is less than a year old, you can either order a new one right away and we will credit that purchase when we receive the old pod. Please use the box your new pod was sent in to return it.
